Statement/Bio

I am a South African artist (now living in Scotland) who uses traditional techniques and media to explore existential themes. I studied theology and philosophy before completing my MFA in Dundee in 2020. Art is an extension of my contemplation on the nature of existence; a way of making sense of things through my hands and in collaboration with my materials.
